It has been a reoccurring theme for me lately to think about what God desires from me. When reading scripture, there can seem to be a lot required in order to please the All-Mighty. But maybe the answer is a lot easier than what we are thinking.
“I want you to show love, not offer sacrifices. I want you to know me more than I want burnt offerings.”

We often think that we can earn our way to heaven; but the reality is that it is freely given to us. We have Jesus’s resurrection as proof. All God wants from us is to seek justice through love of God and our fellow human beings.
